Guess the next piece

A chatbot builds a sentence one piece at a time. Which piece comes next?

Learningbitby

  • by52%
  • and31%
  • for12%

Example numbers, not from a real model.

Yes, “by” is the most likely piece here. A chatbot rates every possible next piece and usually picks a likely one. That is the idea behind “guessing the next word”.

How it works

How a level works

Every level is small. You learn one thing, see why it matters, and try it yourself before you move on.

  1. Goal

Each level starts with one clear goal, like “Make ‘salad’ the most likely next word.” You always know what you are here to do.

GoalMake “salad” the mostlikely next word.
Every level starts with one clear goal.
  2. Explain

A short explanation comes first. It says what is going on and why it matters, in plain words, before you do anything.

First, Bit explains what is going on and why it matters.
  3. Try it

Then it is your turn. You place word pieces and watch real probability bars move, so you see the idea work instead of only reading about it.

Then you place word pieces and watch the bars. The bars here are an example.
  4. Takeaway

A short recap tells you what you did and what happened. Then you get a takeaway card with the one thing to keep.

TakeawaySay clearly what you want. The answer grows from your message.
At the end, a takeaway card keeps the one thing worth remembering.

Audience

Who it's for

For anyone who uses a chatbot, or is about to, and wants to know what it is really doing. You do not need to be technical.

  • At work

You paste a draft into a chatbot and wonder if you can trust what comes back. You are not sure what is safe to paste. You want a better first message.

  • In life

You plan a weekend trip with a chatbot. A relative sends you a surprising “fact” from an AI. You want to understand it well enough to explain it.

Trust

Why you can trust it

  • Sources for every claim

Every claim in the course comes with its sources. You can open them and check for yourself.

  • Step by step

Each idea is explained in small steps: what is happening, why, and then your turn.

  • Honest about limits

We say what we do not know. We make no promises about what AI will do for you.

  • How this course is made

Who writes it, how AI helps, and how every claim gets its sources.

Free and full

Free and full version

Levels 1–20 free

The whole chapter “The basics”, with the boss level and the finale. Free to learn.

The full version

Adds 8 more chapters, about 80 levels. It is a one-time purchase.

  • No backend. Your progress stays on your device.

Beyond the basics

Extra packages

Besides levels 1–20 and the full version, there will be extra packages: specialised learning paths for one field. They are separate from the main course.

First package

For developers

A learning path for people who build software with AI coding agents. It is written by a technical lead developer.

What it is planned to cover

  • How an agent works: requests, tokens and context
  • Steering it: clear tasks, plans, tests and project instructions
  • Working safely: permissions, sandboxes and untrusted content
  • Delegating: helpers and reusable skills
  • Going further: loops, cost and checking results

More packages to come

Packages for other fields will follow, one at a time. Each one goes deeper into a single area.

Like the whole app, the packages are coming soon. The topics may still change.

FAQ

Questions

Do I need to know anything about AI first?

No. Level 1 starts from the beginning: how a chatbot guesses the next word. New terms come with a plain-word explanation.

Do I need an account?

No. There are no accounts and no sign-up.

Is my data sent anywhere?

The app has no accounts and no backend. Your progress is stored on your device, and it stays there.

Is it a game?

It is a course you do, not only read. Every level has something to try. Level 10 is a boss level and level 20 is a finale. The point is that you understand, not that you score.

Which devices does it run on?

It is made for Android and for your browser.

How long does a level take?

Levels are short. Each has one goal, a short explanation, one thing to try, a recap and a takeaway card.

Who writes the content? Does AI write it?

The author is responsible for the content. AI helps with drafting and checking, and the author reviews it. Every claim cites a source. Read how this course is made

Will there be courses for my field?

That is the plan. The first extra package is a learning path for developers. More specific packages for other fields will follow. They are separate from levels 1–20 and the full version.

When is it available?

Soon. We have no date yet. For now the button says “coming soon”. When the app opens, the button changes.

Ready to look behind the AI?

Levels 1–20 are free.
